Here are some of the best NFL Week 9 PrizePicks player props that you should consider targeting.
Daniel Jones Over 241.5 Passing Yards
Basement Brewed Fantasy Football projection range: 250-285 passing yards
The revitalized Daniel Jones is on the favored side of one of the slate’s most targetable shootouts. The Colts are currently slim 3 point road favorites with a strong projected team total of 26.75 points. The Steelers present a mouthwatering matchup for QBs, holding them to the 11th fewest rushing yards but allowing the most passing yards (293.43 per game), 9th most passing TDs, 7th most rushing TDs and 3rd most fantasy points per game (20.98). He's a high floor, solid ceiling QB 1 in this possible shootout and glorious matchup.
Michael Pittman Jr. Over 53.5 Receiving Yards
Basement Brewed Fantasy Football projection range: 75-95 receiving yards
Pairing nicely with Daniel Jones is Michael Pittman Jr., who, on the season, is averaging 15.5 PPR points per game — 7.0 targets, 5.4 catches, 55.8 yards and 0.8 TDs (6 total). He now gets a potential smash spot against the Steelers, who present a mouthwatering matchup for WRs, somehow limiting them to the 14th fewest touchdowns while bleeding the most catches (15.29 per game), most yards (182.57 per game) and 4th most PPR points per game. Michael Pittman Jr. is a high end WR 2 with upside for more in this possible shootout and mouthwatering matchup.
Kimani Vidal Over 91.5 Rush + Rec Yards
Basement Brewed Fantasy Football projection range: 95-125 rush + rec yards
Kimani Vidal is in a dream spot as dominant 10 point road favorites with a strong projected team total of 26.75 points. The Titans present a mouthwatering matchup for RBs, holding them to the 9th fewest catches and 7th fewest receiving yards but otherwise hemorrhaging the 2nd most rushing yards, most touchdowns (1.75 per game), 2nd most PPR points per game and 3rd most PPR points per touch (1.05). With Omarion Hampton on IR for at least 1 more week, Kimani Vidal is a legitimate RB 1 in this high-scoring environment, run-heavy game script, and mouthwatering matchup.
Jordan Addison Over 44.5 Receiving Yards
Basement Brewed Fantasy Football projection range: 60-85 receiving yards
The uncertainty around this Vikings offense has Jordan Addison's receiving line sitting well below where he's averaged in his first two games. In what will be JJ McCarthy's first game back against the Lions, it's understandable to be worried at first, but the Lions actually present a slightly friendly matchup for WRs, holding them to the 15th fewest catches but allowing the 12th most yards, 2nd most touchdowns and 7th most PPR points per game. In a game where the Vikings certainly are expected to trail, his 20% target share correlates to Jordan Addison being more of a high end WR 3 than every-week WR 2.
