Week 10 DraftKings DFS Picks & Fades (2025 season)

Happy offense week to those who celebrate! As of writing, have half the games this week with totals of 48.5 or higher, plus two more that 45.5, so there's plenty of ways we can go this week. How do we choose the right spots among all these appealing options?

Here are my week 10 DraftKings DFS picks & fades that I'm considering for my lineups.

Week 10 DraftKings DFS Stack of the Week

New England Patriots: QB Drake Maye ($6,400) + WR Stefon Diggs ($5,800) + TE Hunter Henry ($3,500)

Drake Maye has been fantastic all season, and now we get him in a competitive, high-scoring environment versus the Buccaneers defense that will similarly punch back through the air and should act as a pass funnel on defense. This game has nuclear shootout potential, and I'm not convinced that either of these quarterbacks will be overly owned, given they're both so close to Josh Allen and Lamar Jackson.

Week 10 DraftKings DFS Picks

RB Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers ($6,300)

The bad Saints run defense has been getting worse right as Rico Dowdle continues to dominate teams. Naturally, DraftKings has hedged Rico Dowdle's price on the off chance that Chuba Hubbard ends up splitting more carries again. I don't see that scenario here unless Rico's efficiency craters. Against this defense? Not likely to happen. This feels like good chalk.

WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants ($4,300)

Mikey had a pretty big write-up on Darius Slayton this week that pretty much covers it all off. Go check that out, but for our purposes, price also dictates this pick, and Slayton is still underpriced in this matchup against the Bears defense that just got torched. One of my favorite cheap options in a week where we'll need some cheap options to fill out lineups.

TE Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions ($4,400)

The Commanders have been a pass funnel on defense, especially to tight ends, and LaPorta is coming off a great showing against an okay Vikings defense. I expect the Lions to score a ton of points this week, and Sam LaPorta should be involved early and often as a chain-mover through the air.

Week 10 DraftKings DFS Fades

RB Jordan Mason, Minnesota Vikings ($6,200)

I understand the pricing - there's a chance that Aaron Jones doesn't play this week or is limited, which would remove the time-share downside risk that Jordan Mason has. But it's looking like he will play.

Even if Aaron Jones sits, the results as the feature back haven't proven to be fruitful from a ceiling perspective, with only one game above 14 fantasy points. There's no receiving work here of note. There's plenty of other backs priced right around him that don't have the same downside risk.

WR Nico Collins, Houston Texans ($6,700)

Nico will continue to get heavily targeted, but what's the upside with Davis Mills at QB and another week against a tough-ish defense in a low total game? He's got 21 targets in the past two games and averaged under 10 points per game. I see this continuing, making his floor okay but his ceiling suspect. I can get better players for this price point at multiple positions.
