Who's ready for a low-scoring week! Not a single game during the Sunday main slate, as of this writing, has an over/under above 46, and there are multiple games below 40. Is it because everyone ate too much stuffing and are dealing with the repercussions, or simply because the Bengals and Cowboys aren't on this slate? Maybe both!

With a bunch of mediocre games bunched together, it gives us an opportunity to attack this week however you want, for the most part. Lots of options means playing the ownership game in tournaments is paramount.

Here are my week 13 DraftKings DFS picks & fades that I'm considering for my lineups.

Week 13 DraftKings DFS Stack of the Week

Houston Texans: QB CJ Stroud ($5,000) + WR Nico Collins ($6,700) + TE Dalton Schultz ($3,800)

The Texans are in a great game script spot, sitting as field goal underdogs indoors against the Colts. Despite the offensive line issues, one would expect the passing game to be improved now that CJ Stroud is back at the helm, leaving Nico Collins looking like a potentially underpriced play.

The downside risk with the Texans is that their defense is so good that it's rare they get into true shootouts. But on this slate, I'm not sure if there's a true shootout game among them all. So while Nico Collins should be owned, I'm not as convinced the stack will be, giving us some additional leverage if they end up with a high-volume passing game, even against an improved Colts defense.

Week 13 DraftKings DFS Picks

RB Breece Hall, New York Jets ($6,000)

There's some obviously smash-spot plays among the elite, high-priced backs this week, but Breece Hall stands out in the mid-range, going against a Falcons team that has been a run funnel. There's rain expected in this game, which has cratered the total down below 40, but from a volume perspective, the Jets have basically made Breece their offense recently - as they should, given they're playing Tyrod Taylor at QB and Garrett Wilson is out. Love the spot, love the matchup, love the floor for sure.

WR Chris Olave, New Orleans Saints ($6,400)

Even if you don't believe in the Saints offense, you have to admit that Chris Olave is going to get his targets. In a great matchup against a mediocre Dolphins team, I expect that trend to continue. Even more notably, the Saints have been going more no-huddle with Tyler Shough at the helm, which has increased their already-above-league-average pace of play. More offensive snaps = more opportunities = more potential fantasy points for the clear number one.

TE Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers ($4,300)

The Chargers are double-digit favorites against the Raiders this weekend, no doubt because the Chargers are a well-above average offense that carries there not-well-above average defense. Gadsden has been a major portion of that offense, averaging at least five targets in six straight weeks. He's coming off a couple of duds before the bye last week, but I like his chances of a rebound here.

Week 13 DraftKings DFS Fades

RB Rico Dowdle, Carolina Panthers ($6,900)

Rico has been a standout player for a good portion of the year, but I don't expect it to be this week, sitting as double-digit underdogs and going against a Rams defense that has been excellent against the run. We expect the volume to be there, but the efficiency likely craters, leaving little room for a ceiling outcome unless the game script flips - and even then, it's more likely coming through the air.

WR Ricky Pearsall, San Francisco Giants ($5,200)

Obvious Justin Jefferson fade is obvious, so let's talk about Ricky Pearsall, who - for some reason - is still priced above Jauan Jennings, who has out-targeted Pearsall 13-7 since Ricky's return to the lineup. Being used as more of a downfield threat gives Pearsall some boom-bust appeal, in theory, but the weather forecast is calling for heavy rain and 30mph winds. The total has cratered to under 36 in this game. The Browns have a very good defense. This just ain't the spot for Ricky to be a play.
