Would I take Courtland Sutton or Jameson Williams?

I'm taking Courtland Sutton. The floor and median scoring offer a safer option in redraft leagues with still access to some upside on an ascending option. Meanwhile, I think Jameson Williams is a fine pick, but is a better option in best ball leagues than redraft due to his boom/bust potential.
