Would I take Jordan Love or CJ Stroud?

I have CJ Stroud as a back-end QB1 with additional upside, a tier above Jordan Love, who I view as more of a high-end QB2. Both teams added weapons in the pass game this offseason, including two receivers each in the draft, which bolsters the case for both quarterbacks. And there's questions on both, too - for Stroud, it's the less-than-ideal offensive line, while for Love, he took a major step ack last season, and it remains to be seen whether 2023 or 2024 - or somewhere in-between - is what we should expect.

Ultimately, I think if I'm taking a QB in this range of the draft, I want the player that I feel has more upside, and to me, that is CJ Stroud.
