This week feels quite a bit like last week - a lot of competitive games to choose from, many of which have higher totals, and a little bit of injury question marks to go with it. Let's figure out how to navigate this thing together.
Here are my week 11 DraftKings DFS picks & fades that I'm considering for my lineups.
Week 11 DraftKings DFS Stack of the Week
Pittsburgh Steelers: QB Aaron Rodgers ($5,400) + WR DK Metcalf ($5,700) + TE Jonnu Smith ($2,900)
Time to pick on the Bengals defense again! This game went off for 64 points in their meeting earlier this season (which Joe Flacco also played in), so it's a game to target on both sides, but it's much cheaper to access the game from this side of it. Notably, DK Metcalf was held to just 8 DK points in that first meeting. I don't believe that'll happen again.
Either way you stack it, this feels like the game to target this week.
Week 11 DraftKings DFS Picks
RB Woody Marks, Houston Texans ($5,400)
Time to pick on the Titans defense again! Notably, Woody Marks played a season high in snaps last week (80%) and took advantage of it, with 16 touches for 81 total yards and a touchdown. The matchup is juicier here, and if he gets that type of volume, he's nearly $1,000 underpriced.
WR Michael Wilson, Arizona Cardinals ($3,800)
This feels so gross. Michael Wilson has never lived up to the hype he had after being drafted, showing basically zero upside in his career, but he is taking over the WR1 role for the Cardinals with Marvin Harrison Jr. out with an injury. And if you're getting a WR1 at a sub $4,000 price tag in a game that still has a total of 48.5, I guess it's gross time.
TE Oronde Gadsden II, Los Angeles Chargers ($4,600)
Gadsden left early last week with an injury but has since practiced in full and been removed from the injury report. Before that, his usage was fantastic, and he gets a super soft matchup with the Jaguars this week. Expect him to hop right back in with his solid target share.
Week 11 DraftKings DFS Fades
RB Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens ($6,600)
The Ravens thrashed the Browns back in Week 2, 41-17. And yet! Derrick Henry ended up with 2.3 DK points in that game. This Browns defense is, generally speaking, pretty good, and the Ravens have been making it more apparent lately that they want to spell Henry more than they have, bringing Keaton Mitchell back in the fold for a few carries per game. There are quite a few less-talented backs with better roles and better matchups right around him in price. If you want to bet on talent, then play Henry, but I've been known to put talent aside in one-week settings.
WR Tetairoa McMillan, Carolina Panthers ($5,600)
The Panthers passing game has not looked good recently, which has severely hampered Tet's upside scenarios. Now they go against a Falcons defense that's acted as a run funnel for most of the season, and Rico Dowdle's emergence makes me believe they'll be inclined to jump right into that funnel. Priced just $100 below DK Metcalf and ahead of guys in clear positive spots, I'd rather go those directions.
