Can Cooper Kupp find a resurgence in Seattle?

There's no doubt that Cooper Kupp can command targets in an offense - he's done it his entire career. Now, for the first time, he's on a new team, coming off a down season while battling health concerns along the way.
Will Cooper Kupp bounce back in a big way in 2025 for the Seahawks and, in turn, for our fantasy football teams? Let's review what we know and see where BBFF members are likely to consider drafting Cooper Kupp using the Draft Dominator tool.

When healthy, Cooper Kupp can still put up top-12 wide receiver numbers...
Across the last 33 games in which Cooper Kupp has played 30 or more snaps, he is averaging:
Over nine targets per game, converting those into just over six catches
18 total touchdowns from scrimmage
16.7 fantasy points per game in PPR scoring
...but he hasn't been healthy.
Cooper Kupp has not played more than 13 games in the past three seasons. That level of health - combined with his age (32) and the amount of hits he's taken in his career - should be an automatic red flag that limits his ability to fully get back to where he was in Los Angeles.
Seattle's offense will still (probably) be run-first, but there's room for optimism
For target competition, Cooper Kupp is expected to be behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, who took a big step forward last season and is now entering his third year in the league, but it is wide open after that. There's a clear path for both Kupp and JSN to average in the high single digits of targets per game - possibly even more.
And new offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak, who's play-action-based offense is expected to be installed for new quarterback Sam Darnold, has produced solid pass-game results before, including in 2021 when Justin Jefferson (WR 4 overall) and Adam Thielen (WR 28 overall) co-existed as target monsters for the Minnesota Vikings.
Are we drafting Cooper Kupp at his current ADP?
In the first set of Basement Brewed Fantasy Football's Draft Dominator rankings, I have Cooper Kupp at 85 overall as a rock-solid WR2 with obvious WR1 upside in any given week. That's right in line with his current ADP across various sites, making him a fine target to draft for 2025 fantasy football.
